Hungary’s new PM races to unlock EU’s frozen funds

Hungary’s incoming PM Peter Magyar has travelled to Brussels, hoping to unfreeze billions of euros the EU blocked under Orban. With an August deadline looming, he is pushing to pass key reforms before Hungary loses the funds permanently. Al Jazeera’s Abdullah Elshamy explains.
