If you thought Ice-T would cave to online criticism over his take on Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show, think again.

The rap legend applauded Bad Bunny’s Spanish-language performance in a post on X early Monday, calling it “dope.” At the same time, he dismissed the conservative backlash that the halftime show had received, noting: “And I don’t give a F how you feel about it.”

Bad Bunny was dope at the Supebowl last night.. And I don’t give a F how you feel about it. 💥

In a follow-up post, Ice-T shared a post from the online music outlet My Mixtapez which pointed out the halftime show’s massive ratings alongside a photo of President Donald Trump looking flustered.

“Haters can Hate….. But they ALWAYS lose…. Always,” he quipped.

It wasn’t long, however, before an outraged fan responded by proclaiming Ice-T “done for me,” vowing never to tune into “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” to catch the rapper’s long-running portrayal of Odafin “Fin” Tutuola ever again.

“[If ‘SVU’] even thinks about bringing him back even part time, I’m out and have watched this show from the beginning,” the person wrote Tuesday. “This is just sad that he had to go and open his mouth again. This show will be done if people see him back on the show.”

True to form, Ice-T didn’t miss a beat and sarcastically replied, “Bitch please don’t leave!”

Moments later, he offered a more thoughtful retort by reminding the X user ― as well as his legions of other fans ― he’s never apologized for speaking his mind since the start of his career.

“For me… Having millions of people disagree with me and dislike me is absolutely the NORM for my entire life… It’s never stopped Anything,” he wrote. “Stand for something.. Have some Fn Courage.”

Later that day, he shared a photo of himself and co-star Octavio Pisano at work on the New York set of “SVU.”

After months of preemptive right-wing panic, Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show seemingly went off without a hitch last Sunday, with assists from Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin.

Despite widespread acclaim, the performance received a resounding thumbs-down from Trump and a host of other prominent Republicans. One GOP lawmaker is now calling for the NFL to undergo “a formal congressional inquiry” given the show’s embrace of “gay pornography” and “pure smut.”
