Well, this is taking, “on Wednesdays, we wear pink” to a whole new level. Amanda Seyfried is promoting her new film, “The Testament of Ann Lee,” and if her latest interview for the film is any indication, her media tour will not stink. “This movie, it needed to be graphic, so, like, I had a prosthetic butthole,” Seyfried told BBC Radio 2′s Scott Mills in an interview teaser on Instagram. “Cool,” said Mills, who looked a bit perplexed by the “Mean Girls” alum’s revelation. “How was it?” “It was cool. It was exciting,” Seyfried said. The “Dropout” star then proceeded to sing the praises of wearing a manmade sphincter. “I was pregnant and naked but I wasn’t naked at all, and at the end of the movie, I’m standing in front of a burning building with just a merkin. I felt so free,” Seyfried said. After Mills did some light promo for her film, the “Mama Mia” star added excitedly: “You cannot see my butthole in [the movie], but I swear there is a prosthetic butthole there.” When Mills asked why she wore one if it wasn’t shown in the film, Seyfried said: “Just in case …gotta get people to the theaters!” This is not the first time the “Dear John” star has shared her passion for all things posterior-related. In 2023, Seyfried did an “Architectural Digest” home tour of her New York City apartment, and there was artwork of a toilet in every room. She added that in her home upstate, she also has artwork of a “wool vagina.” “I like to remember that we’re all human,” Seyfried said at the time.
