Several Buc-ee's locations across the Southeast, including one in Georgia, have received an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) due to unanswered customer complaints. According to the BBB, the low rating stems from the company failing to respond to dozens of complaints submitted by customers over the past several years. Here's what to know. As of March 11, 38 Buc-ee's locations in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee and Texas were listed with an "F" rating, according to reporting from USA TODAY. The BBB said the grade is tied to 88 customer complaints that have not received a response from the company. The oldest unanswered complaint dates back to March 2023, while the most recent was filed in February 2026. Common issues cited by customers include: Problems with car wash services Broken or defective merchandise Incorrect or unexpected card charges Some customers also said they submitted complaints through Buc-ee's website but never received a response, according to reports. In Georgia, the Buc-ee's location at 7001 Russell Pkwy, Fort Valley, currently shows an "F" rating on the BBB website. Buc-ee's currently operates several travel centers in Georgia, including 3 locations in: Fort Valley Brunswick Calhoun/Adairsville area The BBB notes that its ratings are not guarantees of a company's reliability, but are intended to help consumers make informed decisions when choosing where to spend their money.
