A 92-year-old man has been charged with murder following the death of his wife, 87. Officers from Devon and Cornwall Police were called to Millbrook Lane in Exeter, Devon, on 19 April following reports of a concern for welfare. Shirley Billam was found dead at the property. Laurence Billam, of Millbrook Lane, is due to appear at Exeter Magistrates' Court on Tuesday charged with her murder.
