I first started using this a few years ago for summer hiking, and now I can't live without it in the summer months. I sometimes chafe on my arms when I wear a tank top, both hiking and running, but with this, absolutely nothing! It's also great for preventing painful thigh rubbing when I'm wearing dresses, skirts, or short shorts. It now gets packed as an essential in my "summer-go" bag.

Promising review: "This is my third bottle of this powder over the years. I absolutely love it! Absolutely no negative skin reactions. Quite the contrary — skin IMPROVEMENT! It doesn’t have that musky smell like infant baby powder or clash with any perfumes or deodorants I use. The light pink color is not as obvious on the skin as stark white powder. It has a nice, fine, smooth consistency. It doesn’t clump up/cake. It shakes out of the container perfectly. (However, I have put a piece of scotch tape to cover one third of the holes, so it doesn’t come out too fast — just a personal preference). It absorbs moisture well. The calamine helps with any itchy spots. With this horrible heat and humidity lately, it has significantly helped with: under-boobs and skin folds; keeping navel dry and fungus-free; intertrigo rashes; and thigh chafing and thigh-crack sweat.
