'Should Be Palm B***h’: Released Records Expose Anger Over Trump Airport Name Change

Palm Beach International Airport’s website was flooded with complaints over plans to rename the facility after Donald Trump, it has emerged, according to a report by NOTUS published Thursday. The future President Donald J. Trump International Airport’s website was inundated for weeks with scathing comments after Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) controversially signed legislation in March approving the name change, per records obtained by the outlet through a Florida Public Records Act request. “Trump Airport…FUCK YOU. Should be Palm Bitch … once this asshole is gone…you will all look like fools,” wrote one critic. Another fumed: “I’ll drive an hour to Fort Lauderdale or two hours to Orlando to avoid traveling through anything with that vial [sic] thing’s name on it.” There were many, many, many more. See the full story on NOTUS. Trump frequently flies into the airport when traveling from the White House to his private Mar-a-Lago resort nearby.
