"I have both a Hatch Baby and a Hatch Restore 3, and they’ve both been essential to my kids' nighttime routines. We keep a Hatch Baby in our bedroom and my daughter's room, and the Hatch Restore 3 in my son’s room.

I love that I can control both the lighting and sound of the devices on my phone with Hatch’s easy-to-use app. My husband typically gives our two-year-old some milk in a cup before bedtime in her room; while he’s doing that, I turn on the “rain sounds” that we’ve been using as white noise for our little ones. However, the most helpful feature on both devices is the ability to adjust the brightness of the light. We’re still occasionally getting up in the middle of the night, so it’s been invaluable to be able to raise the light a bit when we do, and then quickly lower it once our daughter has settled back into sleep. It’s also not a harsh light and has a bunch of different color options, so it’s been easy enough to find a brightness that suits our needs. My toddler uses it as a night-light (which is also helpful on the few times he needs us during the night)."
